By accessing the Site, submitting a quote request, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. About Atlas Wholesale Signs
Atlas Wholesale Signs is a wholesale sign fabrication company based in Berkeley Lake, Georgia, serving sign shops, installation companies, print and vinyl shops, franchise sign shops, and other business customers with commercial and architectural signage products. Our services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) use, and the Site is not directed toward individual consumers purchasing for personal use.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, servers, or connected systems
- Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site without our prior written consent

3. Quotes, Orders, and Pricing
Quote requests submitted through the Site are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding order or contract. All quotes provided by Atlas Wholesale Signs are estimates based on the information and specifications you provide and are subject to change based on final artwork, materials, dimensions, site conditions, and other production requirements.
An order is only confirmed once Atlas Wholesale Signs issues a written or electronic order confirmation, invoice, or equivalent acceptance. Pricing is wholesale and intended for qualified business customers; pricing, availability, lead times, and specifications are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Payment terms, deposits, shipping charges, and delivery timelines will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation and may be governed by a separate purchase order, invoice, or agreement between you and Atlas Wholesale Signs.
4. Customer-Provided Content and File Uploads
When you upload artwork, logos, files, or specifications (“Customer Content”) through our Get a Quote form or otherwise provide it to us, you represent and warrant that you own the Customer Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it to us and to authorize us to reproduce it in the fabrication of your signage.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, colors, text, and other specifications submitted to us. Atlas Wholesale Signs is not responsible for errors in a finished product that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear information or files provided by you.
You grant Atlas Wholesale Signs a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify Customer Content solely as necessary to prepare quotes, fabricate signage, and fulfill your order.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and product descriptions, is the property of Atlas Wholesale Signs or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary to request a quote or place an order.
6. Product Images and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, materials, and finishes accurately; however, actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary due to photography, lighting, screen display settings, and manufacturing variances. Product descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice.
7. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as Google Maps or review platforms, that are not owned or controlled by Atlas Wholesale Signs. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites, and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Any warranties applicable to fabricated signage products will be as set forth separately in the applicable order confirmation, invoice, or written agreement between Atlas Wholesale Signs and the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Wholesale Signs and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products and services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atlas Wholesale Signs and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
